What is the GHEP-ISFG?
The GHEP-ISFG (Grupo de Habla Espaņola y Portuguesa de la ISFG) is the Spanish and Portuguese Speaking Working Group of the International Society for Forensic Genetics, which was created as a working group in the frame of the ISFG due to the common languages (Spanish and Portuguese) of its members. It became an association with non-profit aim in 1995, and it is registered in the Spanish National Registry of Associations with the number 162.045.
Who can join to the GHEP-ISFG?
Anyone who works in issues related to Forensic Genetics and, being member of the ISFG and sharing the aims of the association, wishes to belong to the GHEP.
What are the aims of the GHEP-ISFG?
Those established in the First Chapter of its Statutes. The main objective is to contribute to the development and spreading of the scientific knowledge in the field of Forensic Genetics and to promote relationships and scientific cooperation among its members and with other ISFG working groups and related scientific societies.
